✨CHICKPEA COOKIE DOUGH✨Okay, sounds weird, but truuuuusst me when I say this is DELICIOUS!! I gave it a second thought too, but I’m literally making this everyday now. Seriously eating this without any guilt.

2 cups chickpeas
1/8 tsp + pinch of salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup @silk vanilla almond milk
4 tablespoons instant oats
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Place all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in the food processor. Mix until creamy. Once texture is to your liking, place mixture into a bowl and mix in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
