✨HEALTHY SNICKERS SNACK✨ 3 ingredients is all it takes to get this protein and fiber filled snack. My husband literally wants me to make these every week! A great alternative for a sweet snack.

10 pitted dates
Peanut butter (I chose crunchy)
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Slice each date down the middle (not completely in half, but enough to create a pocket). Stuff the date with 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter. Repeat with all the other dates. Next, melt the chocolate chips for about 1 minute, or until melted. Dip each date in the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.

Such an easy and delicious snack. Highly recommend when craving something sweet!
