✨HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT BANANA MUFFINS✨ Grab this for a quick and easy breakfast. Super filling and SO satisfying. You will love this little treat!

2 overripe bananas
1/3 cup @silk vanilla yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup instant oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (extra for topping)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Mash bananas in a big bowl. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well. Next, add the dry ingredients and incorporate well. Lightly spray a muffin tin pan with cooking spray. Fill each cup about 2/3’s of the way. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

This delicious muffin will hopefully get you through Monday!
