✨MINI STRAWBERRY VALENTINES CHEESECAKE ✨ These little sweet desserts are packed with so much goodness, but without the guilt. I just changed a few ingredients that made these little cakes healthier.

1 cup Better Crocker Super Moist Strawberry Cake Mix
1 cup @silk vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup @fage vanilla bean Greek yogurt
8 Honey graham crackers
8 pitted dates
2 tablespoons olive oil
Chocolate chips (for topping)

Add graham crackers, pitted dates and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse until you have a sticky, crumb like substance. Lightly spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Add some of the graham cracker crumble to each muffin cup and press down with a glass to form a bottom layer for the cheesecakes. Freeze for about 30 minutes.

While the crust is in the freezer, mix the cake mix, milk and Greek yogurt. Whisk until everything is combined. Take the graham crust out of the freezer and fill with cake mixture. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Garnish with something chocolately.
