✨MINTY PARFAITS✨Easy, healthy, packed with protein, what else do you need in a snack? I love easy to make snacks, especially when they are filling and flavorful. Put this on your next snack list!

1 cup @fage vanilla bean yogurt
1 cup @catalinacrunch Mint chocolate cereal
6-8 Ande chocolate mints
2-3 drops green food coloring

Set up your parfait glasses. Separate the Greek yogurt into two 1/2 cups. Add 2-3 drops of food coloring into one and mix until a mint green color forms. Layer the bottom glass with the @catalinacrunch cereal. Next, add the “green” Greek yogurt. Add another layer of the @catalinacrunch cereal. Add the “white” Greek yogurt. Garnish with chopped Ande chocolate mints.

Perfect snack! My husband didn’t even leave any for me.
