✨PINEAPPLE SALSA✨Let’s dive into the weekend with this easy and delicious salsa. I love pineapple and all the flavors it brings. It is also low in calories, aids with digestion and helps fight inflammation. So if you’re stressed, sit back and enjoy some pineapple this weekend.

1/2 pineapple, cut into cubes/chunks
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon tequila lime seasoning
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped mint

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into hollow pineapple. Eat with some of your favorite chips or as is.
