✨RASPBERRY CHIA SEED PUDDING✨I love anything chia. It absorbs any flavor you throw at it and it’s high in calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It’s also loaded with fiber and antioxidants. What more can you ask from this little seed?
2 cups @silk vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup @fage vanilla Greek yogurt
Crushed almonds
Place raspberries and maple syrup in a bowl. Smash and mix with a fork until consistency is purée like. Pour half of purée mixture into a small bowl and put aside. Place the rest of the ingredients in the raspberry purée in the bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. Cover and place in fridge for 2-3 hours. When ready to eat, pour a little of left over purée raspberry mixture into a glass. Add the chia seed mixture on top. Garnish with fresh raspberries and the crushed almonds.
Great way to start the week!
